CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS
Orders paid by check/money order will be shipped AFTER they clear my bank.
Payments made by Check/money order are subject to verification.
Payments that are unverifiable may be rejected and a bad check fee is $50. Bounced checks will be held until full payment is paid.
We will not ship an order paid by Check/Money Order via express service, unless pre-arranged and authorized by a representative of Cleopatra's Boudoir. Please allow a 72 hour processing period after placing your order.
SHIPPING
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be a restocking fee of $35% if you are not satisfied with your product.
Due to processing , your item will ship within 2-3 weeks at most. Items bought directly out of the USA, please allow extra time for international delivery.Order Shipment is subject to carrier limitations. We can not adjust parcels once in transit. Delivery times (2 day, 3 day ---USPS Priority Mail or other carriers such as Fed and DHL.) do not include the day the order was shipped/placed.
Shipments returned as "refused delivery" may be subject to actual shipping charges, PLUS return shipping charges as imposed by the carrier, and any other fees/charges involved with the handling of the returned shipment..
Shipment & processing times are quoted in REGULAR BUSINESS DAYS. Regular business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.If it has been several days since you placed your order and you have not received an email containing your tracking number or have yet to receive a package from us, DON'T PANIC! Before you phone us or shoot us an email, please review your order to see if you ordered an item that requires a longer than normal shipping time. This information is shown on each individual product page.
If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service or the United Parcel Service.
